Our factory features the
latest equipment and updated machinery that are
ergonomically set up in order to best contribute
to flawless functionality, uninterrupted
process, and sound environment. To facilitate
the production rhythms sought after, we keep a
vigilant eye on our factory, ensuring that it
always avails a rigorous setting for the
development of several concurrent systems.
Our factory equipment comprises the following:
Kilns:
As of August 2008, the factory features 14 kilns
that work 24/7; among them there are 2 German
biscuit kilns, and one of them is a giant, 46 m
long, kiln. There is a glaze kiln and a
decoration kiln.
Machines:
-
Two GFZ machines, with 3
robots (auto-arms) each, made in Germany;
they are geared to facilitate the
fabrication of irregular shapes.
-
A casting machine and two
pressure casting machines, which are
critical for productivity increase.
-
Three machines for the
cup production line
-
A glazing machine for
quality improvement
-
A spray dryer unit, which
makes it possible to use local raw
materials, such as feldspar, silica and
quartz, instead of using the imported
materials required for the GFZ machines.
-
A certain number of
breakers and grinders
